Vanilla Sugar and Cinnamon Peach Tart
Hello Everyone,
Today in our Summer Fruits Theme I decided to do something with peaches. I was given a tart pan and hadn't used it. So I figured this would give me a great option to use it. This is a super easy recipe. Did I mention it tastes amazing??
Vanilla Sugar and Cinnamon Peach Tart          Sugar Cookie Dough
                                                                                               (homemade or store bought) Vanilla Sugar and Cinnamon Peach Tart3 Peaches sliced into wedges and peeled1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar Sprinkled
Spray your tart pan so it doesn't stick. Then take your cookie dough and spread it in the pan and up the edges. After thats done then add the peaches in a flat pattern till they are all used up. Next sprinkle your brown sugar on top. Topping:1 C Old Fashion Oats1/2 C Brown Sugar4 T Melted Butter1 Tsp of CinnamonSprinkle of Vanilla Sugar(Optional)
On top of the peaches add about half of your oats around the pan so as to cover the peaches. Then add 1/2 C of brown sugar, and then your other half of oats. Sprinkle with your cinnamon and swirl the melted butter on top. Add Vanilla Sugar if your using it. Bake at 350 for about half hour. Let it cool and then lift the pans edge off. ENJOY!
