Valentine's Day Nail Art Tutorial (Vol. 1)

Hey Plummies!Today I'm sharing a step by step Nail Art tutorial as Valentine's Day is round the corner. You can use your favorite color combinations. The nail art features hearts drawn on a pastel pink base. 

Valentine's Day Nail Art Tutorial (Vol. 1)

Make sure to file and buff your nails before painting them.

You'll need

• Base/Top Coat (Rimmel London 5 in 1 nail treat)
• A pastel pink nail paint (Street Wear Nail Color ~ Pinkalicious)
• A red nail paint (Chambor Nail Vernis ~ Red Revolution)
• A milky white nail paint (Maybelline Color Show Nail Color ~ Porcelain Party)
• A dotting tool or toothpick
• A painting brush (000)

Step 1 : Apply a clear base coat to ensure better adherence og the nail paint.

Step 2 : Apply a coat of pastel pink nail paint.

Step 3 : Using painting brush and red nail paint, draw hearts by applying 3 dots in a triangle and connecting it to make a perfect heart (not pictured below)

Step 4 : using the back of tooth pick/dotting tool or any other round object, dot white nail paint along the border of the heart as shown.

Step 5 : Repeat for all nails.

Step 6 : Clean up any excess nail paint on the cuticles using a cotton bud dipped in nail paint remover for a neat finish.Step 7 : Finish of the Nail Art by applying Top Coat to seal the design.
