The current dogma suggests that type 2 diabetes is an irreversible disease that requires years of taking meds to manage. But many people are living proof that that isn't so - they've reversed their disease just by making a simple diet and lifestyle change.
How were they able to do it? By switching to a low-carb diet. "Diabetes and pre-diabetes should really be called carbohydrate intolerance" according to Dr. Aseem Malhotra, so diabetic patients will be well off removing the carbs that they're intolerant to if they want to reverse their disease.
