Lovelies! Our featured blogger is Cindy! You might be wondering why I have the initial of her last name on top, it's because I have another featured blogger named Cindy for next week too! What coincidence!
I asked Cindy to be featured for UMUF via instagram so I was really excited when she said yes to it! Without further ado, here's Cindy!
Hi
everyone!!~ I'm Cindy and my online persona is ChocoKittieHK. I have a
blog called ChocoKittieHK Holidays and I'm also on Instagram.
I'm
a full time college student majoring in History with an
emphasis on East Asia, who also happens to have a passion for makeup,
fashion and anything cute <3 One of my favorite things to do when
I've got spare time (besides going on dates with my Tubbie ;3) is to
read novels with my cuddly-bunches Wanpo (my puppy) on my lap. So
if you ever want to sit down and have coffee while discussing the Opium
War or Meiji Restoration, or talk about the conspiracies and unorthodox
theories in your latest mystery novel, I'm your girl ;]
When
I do my makeup, it's so cute because my puppy follows me EVERYWHERE. So
I've got this
shelf/dresser that I have my makeup products on at my apartment at
college and a full length mirror that's about 4 feet away. I walk back
and forth from the makeup to the mirror, and my puppy is at my heels for
the whole entire duration. It's sooooooo adorable I just can't handle
it sometimes. And when I'm finished, I pick him up and we smile at the
mirror together. SO I guess when I do my makeup, I spend much of the
time concentrating on not accidentally stepping on/tripping over him :3
Usually
on school days or casual days, I like to just do eyeliner and get out
of the door. But on special days when my Tubbie and I have planned an
extra special date or when I know I will be taking pictures, I like to
add a little more to the look with falsies and light blush.
These are
the products that I use when I do my makeup. I didn't use all of them
in my look, but I really use them interchangeably. Like the eyeliners
and the primers. They're all very good products that I've used for years
(except the Becca primer, which is a sample that I've been testing).
1. Revlon Tweezers for the false lashes
2. MAC Oil Control Lotion
3. Smashbox Photo Finish Primer
4. Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector
5. Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet + Foundation
6. MAC Studio Fix Foundation Powder Compact
7. Make Up For Ever HD Powder
8. MAC Pro Longwear Concealer
9. CanMake Blush
10. L'Oreal Lineur Intense
Eyeliner
11. Stila Stay All
Day Eyeliner
Although
I really have a few, I will have to say the most important beauty
product to me are my contacts. I always go back to wearing my GEO Super
Nudy lenses in Grey. Not only are mine prescription, but they really
enhance the eyes in photos and give me my desired look.
Thanks to everyone who read this and hope you enjoyed this
post!!
And of course, a very big thanks to the gorgeous Joanne for allowing me to collaborate with UrMadeUpFace <3
