Hey there,
Having not been very well this past week, I have had to miss out on a couple of days, of my 30 day squat challenge. I was thinking about starting it all over again, but instead I am just going to carry on and get on with it, ignoring those rest days. So for this first week, I have not got much progress or feedback to report to you, but hopefully I will soon.
