Hello fellow gorgeous! Who else adores boho headchains as much as I do? From the head-turning Chanel body chains to those gypsy headchains, I've totally let these babe-ly accessories chain my bohemian heart!
So two days before Valentine's Day this year I got a very sweet surprise from the team over at ASOS - a cute-as-a-button gift box neatly wrapped in red bow was dropped at my doorstep. Inside there were some glittery beauty products and a piece of royal blue faux diamante headchain. Seriously, did you read my mind ASOS? Ooh, here's another reason to visit you every month, I hope you'll just be gentle on my wallet this year.
I spoke to a few girlfriends about wearing these jewellery headchains and they all love them, but simply couldn't figure out how to make them wearable for every day without looking too over the top. What a shame, right? I love putting my hands up for these personal styling challenges (check out my tips on how to make wearing vintage work for every day here). So here you have it lovelies, I'm proposing a twist to wearing these oh-so-romantic headchains for every day - tie up your messy-chic half up baby bun (video tutorial ), and wear a piece of headchain the other way round! The chain will be swinging and hanging naturally from just below your baby top knot on the back of your head as you bounce around in town. I found this so gorgeous and perfect for the beach, coffee with the girls or even uni days!
