Today my neighbor was screaming on her phone and she screamed really sharply like someone had hurt her and it really triggered my post tramatic stress disorder. I felt terrified and could not move. I feel very on edge today and don’t know what to do
I can not cover up my self shame with clothes today and just want to crawl up in a ball forever in my bed. Sadly I have to go to work today which I really don’t feel like doing
I am not sure how to calm down
