City breaks are a must, especially when it’s so easy to hop on a plane for a couple of hours, and end up in a different country! We’re so lucky to be super close to other European cities, and with flights reasonably cheap, you can get away for a weekend for almost the same amount as it’d cost for a weekend in another UK city! Madrid had been on the travel list for a while, and when I found out Kim had never visited either, we decided we just had to plan a girls weekend.
