Transforming a Model

By Joanna Koh

Hey everyone! I just wanted to take you behind the scenes to a photoshoot we did recently, and share with y’all what products I used to transform this model’s look.
Sorry about the yellowish cast on her face, the lights at the make up table weren’t of daylight temperature.. I’ll try to adjust the yellow tint for the following photos.

So, here are some steps to draw attention to and define both your eyes and lips, while getting a radiant and smooth complexion.

We started off with the young model’s clean face, and applied:

Urban Decay Anti Aging Eyeshadow Primer Potion (not that she needs anti-aging, but it’s a good primer for the eyeshadow!)

We then used the Make Up For Ever Sepia Blue Palette (coming soon for autumn! )  for the eyeshadow

shade #128 to go over the entire eyelid,
followed by #28 on the outer corners of the eyes,
#04 near the lash line,
and #152 as a highlighter on the browbone

And then we popped on Starlash Falsies (S$8.90) for to open up her eyes

And darkened her lashline with Urban Decay Glide on 24/7 Eyeliner in Zero (S$30)

For the radiant complexion, we applied:
