Trailer Food Tuesdays > Regular Tuesday

By Slowdownandsavor

Who here loves trailer food? I know I do. I’ve said it a billion times before, but I just think there’s something really special, and really cool about getting a delicious, gourmet creation out of a vehicle. Call me crazy, but I just love it.

So if you, like me, raised your hand when I asked “Who here loves trailer food,” I’ve got a fun event for you… That’s right, Trailer Food Tuesdays. There’s only two remaining event dates, so you’ve got two more chances attend, September 30th (5p-9p) & October 28, 2014 (5p-9p).

So, what is Trailer Food Tuesdays anyway? Well, Trailer Food Tuesdays is an event presented by Real Ale Brewing Co, and it returns to the Long Center for the Performing Arts THIS TUESDAY Sept. 30th, from 5 pm to 9 pm on the terrace.

Basically, every last Tuesday of the month, through October, producers Eric Silverstein (The Peached Tortilla), Tony Yamanka (Food Trailers Austin) and Tiffany Harelik (Trailer Food Diaries) curate a delicious lineup of some of Austin’s favorite mobile food. Find VIP info, beer pairings, menu details, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options, online at trailerfoodtuesdays.com.

It’s not just about food and beer though. This event is very family friendly. Holla! Families and friends can listen to live music from BAR BRAWL III from 6p-9p while relaxing with a blanket and chairs on the lawn or sitting at the provided tables on the terrace. At 6:30 pm CAMP GLADIATOR will host a free hour-long workout, open to the public. Dogs are also allowed on the Long Center grass, where guests can enjoy the sunset over the Austin skyline. Bikes and dogs are kindly asked to stay off the main terrace.
