It was worth the wait! My eyes came out just the way I imagined, even better because I added some extra sparkles thanks to some new haul goodies I picked up this weekend.

As for what I used here:
I have done this look 100's of times for all kinds of events & nights out. It's pretty classic as you can substitute the colors for any you'd like. I thought to do this as a New Year's Eve option because it's coming up & I remember doing something similar one year for a party I went to. It's a sure shot! ;-)
