- Move to / Live in a country that has a cheaper cost of life. E.g. move to India from the UK, or move to Thailand from Australia. But carry on running your business in the UK or Oz
Outsource
- Outsource where possible to students, people in countries that generally pay less
Be Time Efficient
- 80/20 rule. Focus on what brings you 80% of your revenue, forget the rest. For example, if you advertise and manage advertising campaigns on 10 websites, and 1 website bring you 80% of your revenue. Forget the 0ther 9 websites
