Til Ki Kheer

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
cooking time: 25-30 minutes
serves: 4

Ingredients:

For Kheer:


  • ¼ cup White til (sesame seeds)
  • ¼ cup Desiccated coconut or fresh coconut
  • 1/2 cup condense milk
  • pinch of cardamom powder(elaichi)
  • 2 cup full cream milk

For Garnishing:

  • ¼ cup of dry fruits of your choice (Raisins, Almonds, few saffron stands)

Method:

  • Dry roast til and crush them. Keep aside.
  • Pour milk in a sauce pan and boil for 8-10 minutes. Stir continuously.
  • Add condensed milk and stir and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
  • Now put cardamom powder and Stir.
  • Add roasted and crushed til and desiccated coconut. Keep on stirring. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Pour in a serving dish and garnish with raisins almonds and saffron.
