Til Ki Kheer

Ingredients:
For Kheer:
- ¼ cup White til (sesame seeds)
- ¼ cup Desiccated coconut or fresh coconut
- 1/2 cup condense milk
- pinch of cardamom powder(elaichi)
- 2 cup full cream milk
For Garnishing:
- ¼ cup of dry fruits of your choice (Raisins, Almonds, few saffron stands)
Method:
- Dry roast til and crush them. Keep aside.
- Pour milk in a sauce pan and boil for 8-10 minutes. Stir continuously.
- Add condensed milk and stir and cook for another 5-8 minutes.
- Now put cardamom powder and Stir.
- Add roasted and crushed til and desiccated coconut. Keep on stirring. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Pour in a serving dish and garnish with raisins almonds and saffron.
