Hi, I am a woman of 66yrs old, and had breast cancer, although you would have thought I would loose weight whilst on chimo in fact it was the opposite and I gained, this also through me streight into menopause so I have had a really hard time loosing weight until now, of all the different diets I've tried Keto is the first one I've felt satisfied on, have no cravings and I've lost 8 lbs in the first 2weeks, I have more energy and just love the menu plans. So I am definitely continuing with this diet.

Today starts my third week of eating the keto way. I have released 10 lbs and can feel that I have slimmed down just a little. No bloat. These first two weeks have been very easy to do. I will confess to being a *carboholic* but letting go of the breads and sweets has been very effortless for me. No cravings!! No hunger pangs. Getting to ketosis was quick for me. The recipes are quick and easy and the food tastes great. I love that there are so many meal options.

I am 60 years old and my weight has been over 250-300 lbs for several years. I want to enjoy the rest of my life not worry about my health. I look forward with hope that this time it will work. I can do this.

I only used the brekky and Dinner MEALS from the plan... fasted most lunches.

Love the plan. The meals are definately family friendly. I just added a bread roll, rice or root veg to the workers plates. (Dairy farmers who don't need to lose weight.)

I'm probably going to sign up once the 30 day free trial has ended. Love that I don't need to think about the shopping lists etc... I suck at meal planning. This has made my intro to Keto VERY easy.

Amazing! Not only did I lose weight, but I watched my blood-sugar levels decrease to the point where I am now at a minimum dose of my prescribed diabetic medication. I am 51, from Georgia, USA and am excited to see my doctor's face when the results come back from my blood work especially on my A1c which was at 8.5. Thank you and I will continue toward this healthy lifestyle!

The 2-week challenge was great. I lost 8 lbs and one inch off my waist. I have signed up to be a member. It doesn't look like I will receive an email each day with the recipes. I really liked the simplicity of having the grocery list. The meals for the day coming in an email so all had to do was open the email. Now, I have to open the site and search. This is my first day of being a member so maybe I'm not doing something right.
