The Perfect Nude Lipstick For £1.99

By Maybeitsmeganleigh

I don't know if you have noticed yet but I am a total lip product junkie & yet I have long been searching for the perfect drug store nude lipstick, without any luck. Either their far to pale for me & give the concealer lips effect, or a weird orangey based color leaving my lips looking tangoed.
The Perfect Nude Lipstick For £1.99Last month I was having a mooch around Superdrug & realised I never pay much attention to the NYC cosmetics stand, so I had a look & found that they have a nice range of lipsticks for just £1.99.The Perfect Nude Lipstick For £1.99
440 Creamy Caramel stood out to me as a nice looking nude; a brown based nude with a slight pink tone to it, that I've long been after. For just £1.99 it was worth a try, so I made the purchase.

This applies very smoothly on to the lips with a nice color pay off & feels very soft when on. Even with the formula being nice & smooth it doesn't settle into fine lines, I am so impressed with this because I would tend to expect a cheaper brand of lipstick to do just that! There is a slight artificial vanilla scent (the typical cheaper lipie smell) , but it doesn't translate onto the lips. The Perfect Nude Lipstick For £1.99The packaging is nothing flash, but its secure & does the job perfectly for £1.99. The clear lid that shows the shade of the lipstick,  securely snaps onto the base which is the shade of the lipstick, & this goes for all lipsticks in this range.

In this pic I am wearing NYC Expert Last Lipstick in the shade 440 Creamy Caramel

To sum up I am very impressed with this NYC Expert Last Lipstick, soft formula, great color pay off & a price tag of just £1.99
I would most definitely re purchase as this is the perfect budget friendly nude lipie.
Have you tried any NYC lipsticks?
Thanks for reading guys, I hope your all well & had a lovely weekend.
