I'm a 33-year-old mother of one and currently a full-time student (with high blood pressure), so eating healthy is a challenge at times. I absolutely loved my first two weeks, there was no gimmick or extra supplements. Side effects were minimal because I followed what I was instructed to do. When I didn't drink my bouillon cube as instructed I felt a slight headache coming on.
I'm excited to continue and love that my body is responding.
I lost 10 lbs (4.5 kg) in the first two weeks, which was shocking. At times it was hard to get out of my own way. In the beginning, I kept saying this is not right...I should be taking in more protein and less fat. But after years of doing just that you'd think I'd figured out that it doesn't work for MY body. I'm excited to continue and love that my body is responding.Thank you for this plan!

Hi, my name is Donna,I am 59 years old and I live in New Zealand. I loved the 2-week challenge, the meals were delicious and easy to prepare. I have been keto for a couple of months now and the 2-week challenge gave me everything I needed to consolidate my new lifestyle. I'm very grateful for the work the Diet Doctor team have put into this amazing website and all the tools available.

Loved the challenge. Lost 6 kilo (13 lbs) and 1 inch (2.5 cm) from my waist in the two weeks. Love the food. I just seem to instinctively know when eating this food that it is what my body needs, it feels so right.
I shall be eating LCHF only in future.
Love the website. I subscribed as I wanted complete access to all information and videos. Shocked and appalled that we have been lied to for so many decades. I shall be eating LCHF only in future.Alan, 59 years old, Thailand.
The Diet that doesn't feel like a diet! This has really worked for me.
I am 63 years old and 3 stone (42 lbs, 19 kg) overweight. This year I have found out that I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, am pre-diabetic and just 3 weeks ago, that I need medication for depression. A friend told me about the keto diet and I gave it a try. Being so low in mood I thought it would be difficult, but no...all the planning is already done, shop once a week and cook only once a day with a portion for next day lunch - this has really worked for me.The meals are delicious - that was a surprise - and I had no hunger pangs or ever felt that I was being deprived of anything. In two weeks, I lost 9 lbs (4 kg) and inches (5 cm) off my waist. This week, I am just doing the recipes I really enjoyed but after that, I will definitely be signing up.
Thank you, Diet Doctor
Hi there,I have been eating low carb now for two and a half years. For me, the low-carb challenge was about experimenting a little more and trying out the fabulous recipes. I love the challenge of creating foods that are totally natural. It inspires you to think outside the box when it comes to meals and occasional snacks.
I love, love this way of eating.
I have never been overweight but was quite often tired, however, this way of eating provides an enormous amount of energy. I have homemade broths daily and I love, love this way of eating. Will never go back to eating any other way.Geraldine,
