I feel great, was never hungry and the menus are fabulous.

We live in Florida USA, my husband whom is a diabetic and I finished the challenge this past Sunday, April 7. I lost 13.5 pounds (6 kilos). We plan to continue eating healthy. I'd been on many diets in the past, but I truly have to say that for the first time I feel great, was never hungry and the menus are fabulous.

My husband is yet to weigh himself, but his sugar levels have dropped to normal something that had not happened in two years.

Thank you so much for changing our lives. We feel more energized and are looking forward to losing more weight and much healthier life.

Hi there,

My husband and I participated in the keto challenge. It was tough going the first two days, but we stuck it out. We had a few of the keto flu symptoms, relieved with extra water and salt. The meals were surprisingly good and for the most part kept us satisfied until the next one. We have lost approximately 4-5 pounds (1,5-2 kilos) a piece.

Our plan is to continue on with the keto diet for at least another month and then do a low-carb (40-50 g) diet long term. Thank you so much for the meal plans, the shopping lists and all the interesting reading material, you can tell a lot of thought went into developing this plan.

Hi there, I have just completed the two-week keto challenge.

It was amazing. I have lost 12 pounds (5.5 kilos) and feel great. The recipes are great and the food fabulous. I just can't believe that I have eaten such delicious food on such a healthy lifestyle.

Since I started on day one I have not felt the need to snack once between meals. Have been totally satisfied with what each meal provides.

Having the meal plans available to use makes life so much easier as all the hard work is already done for you. I always find the planning bit a chore and end up in a pickle deciding what to eat. In the past, I have eaten the same boring food and end up off the rails very quickly. On this plan, I just followed the menus each day and didn't have one meal that I didn't like.

My husband has followed the plan too to a certain extent - mainly as he loves the food I was cooking.

You have made being healthy so easy to do.

I am ready now to subscribe to the monthly plan and really excited to have access to all the extra recipes, meal plans and general information.

Having never done the keto diet before the Diet Doctor two week free trial was a great way to start.

The recipes were amazing and easy to follow, with such a variety of tasty foods. Having the shopping lists provided for each week allows you to stay on track as you have all you need. Very simple and easy to follow, I lost 6 pounds (3 kilos) over the two weeks 😁👍 would definitely recommend it if you're new to keto.

Hi there,

Here are my thoughts;

The two-week challenge is really easy to follow with clearly laid out meal plans, simple to follow recipes and even shopping lists to make sure I only bought what I needed. As a result, during the two weeks I spent much less on food than normal. I weighed in at 194 pounds (88 kilos) on the first Sunday and two weeks later I was down to 180 pounds (82 kilos) which is amazing.

Loads of energy and importantly for me; I'm sleeping better.
