Hi,My husband and I participated in the keto challenge. We just turned 60, live in Nova Scotia Canada. In the two weeks, we each lost 6 pounds (3 kilos) and my husband's blood sugar levels were excellent.
I appreciated the meal plans and recipes. All the recipes I made were incredible. The advice on how to manage the transition was key for us. In terms of improvements, I would have liked to have a way to track carbs, protein, and fat per day. It is a new learning for me to balance the amounts.

Ontario, CanadaI really enjoyed the keto challenge. Although I have been eating a mostly low-carb diet for around three years, meal times had been getting boring with the family eating the same foods most of the time.
It was great to try out these simple recipes and discover some new favourites. After a few days I had a lot more energy too, I guess that was from eating nourishing foods.

I am a 54-year-old woman from Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Monika, age 39, live in the UKI started the 2-week keto challenge. When the two weeks were done I had lost 9 pounds (4 kilos). I started off at 197 pounds (89 kilos). I was pushing 200 pounds (91 kilos) and that was the day I said I have to do something. At the end of two weeks, I was 188 pounds (85 kilos).
So I am now going to continue in ketosis.
