The Healthy Edit #4

When you think about quitting, think about why you started

Hey There,

I like to think of myself as a positive person, and as I sit here, writing this post, I’m thinking, I can only go one of two ways…

I could dwell on the past five months, find my excuses and blame everything else… Or I can take control, and take this moment to reflect on my progress, (Or shall I say lack of) and inspire myself.

Since I last updated you here, I’ve been back to the Dr’s about my PCOS and been placed back on a different contraceptive pill. I didn’t want to go back on the pill, having felt so much better with out it, but they are telling me it should help my skin. Hopefully this will also mean I will start my period cycle again, which has basically been none existent since August 2014.

In April, I set myself 5 goals, to help loose a bit of weight and get me feeling more energised. These were to drink more water, start yoga classes, eat veg with every meal, walk more, and switch off before bed. All of which I have been successful with, well unless you wouldn’t count two Youtube yoga classes, as ‘starting yoga’… The only problem being, I also consumed a lot of chocolate and junk food, (Er so much for the no sugar rule).

Monday marked a new chapter in my life. I’ve started my new job, and in two weeks I will make the move to the big city. I may not be the size I want, or in control of my PCOS, but the next update will be a ‘progress’ one I promise. London is such a fast paced life, I’m going to take this new adventure and run with it.

Lots of love,

KBxx

P.S Thanks for listening to my rants and ramblings on, if you have any tips or experiencing similar, comment below.
