I was long overdue on this spa visit which was supposed to happen in November last year.But you know how cruel Delhi winter can be.I got so lazy and the cold was so bitter i could barely imagine myself in a spa.Finally spring is here and hence time for some pampering.

They had another branch in Hauz khaz but recently shut down due to some management problem.Initially i thought of going to that branch but couldn't find the address anywhere online so settled with the Four Fountains De-Stress Spa in New Delhi- South Extension Branch.
Some people find the decor and lighting a bit dark but i prefer it that way esp on times when i just want to relax and shut the lights out.
The interior decor is mostly Oriental.
They also have couple rooms.
I love the meaningful quotes they have in every room.
Clean Sheets ,disposable undergarments and fresh towels provided before each therapy begins.
Storage provision for your bags ,phone etc.
OVERALL EXPERIENCE-They suggested "Relax" would be the ideal package for me.Its a 1 hour 30 minutes session.Consists of head neck shoulder massage followed by full body massage.The head massage was done using Ayurveda oil.My favorite would be the neck and shoulder massage since i sit a lot and it gets sore often.Sesame oil was used for the body massage.The spa therapist asked me now and then if the pressure was alright.When all was done, time for relaxing shower which is attached to each room.There is provision for both hot and cold water.Hair dryer,hair serums,moisturizer are provided too.When i was done with the therapy,they gave me some herbal tea.Was too sleepy from all the pampering so i rushed home and slept like a baby.Overall i had a wonderful time and would love to try out other therapies as well.PRICE-Rs.2799 (Rs.300 discount Mon-Fri 10am-5pm)Visit their Fb page HEREWebsite HERE
