Natural fat used to be feared - a terrible mistake, it turned out. Now we're increasingly viewing sugar as the big problem. While this is surely closer to the truth it's still a very simplified version of reality.
Here's my second presentation from the 2015 LCHF Conference in Cape Town. It starts with a truck driver getting arrested, for illegal smuggling of butter into a small European country. That, it turns out, can be a sign of big things to come. And it can help hundreds of millions of people to lose weight and improve their health.
