I will not attempt to paraphrase him because Tim Newman has summed up Russian weaknesses in one excellent post which I urge you all to read. My guess is that business matters, particularly high profile projects, are handled very similarly in China. Also, to be fair, in Chicago, too! (Jest kiddin')
