So I have been meaning to write a post on this little wonder for a while, and sadly, I am only getting round to it, as I say goodbye to the last scoop of moisturiser left in the pot, (Sad face).
I first discovered The Body Shops Vitamin E range, when I started to understand the benefits of Vitamin E on the skin, (As you can imagine I went on the hunt for it). My regular readers will understand my love for all Vitamins, (Well slight obsession). But I’m sure you all will of heard how amazing Vitamin E, in particular, is for the skin. It nourishes, shields, protects, and improves the cellular renewal process.
What I love about The Body Shops Vitamin E range, is that it is so gentle and caring towards your skin. And at a very reasonable price, retailing at £11.00.
I adore this night cream, it is so luxurious, and rich on my skin. I can feel it instantly hydrate my face, and it is everything I want for my skin in a little pot.
I would recommend this for most skin types, (Mine being combination at the moment), but in particular for dry or damaged skin. If you don’t like heavy creams, then this may not be for you. But they have alternative options such as the day cream, or serum.
Beauty Tip: To get the benefits of Vitamin E for your skin, why not try increasing your Vitamin E intake, Almonds in particular are a great source of Vitamin E.
