Sometimes something comes along that smashes any cynicism rattling around inside of me. I poked around in DietDoctor.com when Andreas first launched it back in 2007 or so. Two kids later, an achilles surgery later and a life later, I came back to the DietDoctor.com two weeks ago. I found the two-week challenge and printed everything I needed, right then. It took me about two minutes to convince my wife and we went shopping and, fortunately, it was Saturday so we started the next day!

The menu was so easy to shop for and execute

We are 38-year-olds from Rockford, MI - USA. At the start of the program, I was 5'6″ (167 cm) (...I still am by the way) 158.2 lbs (72 kg), 14 days later I was 146.6 lbs (66 kg). The menu was so easy to shop for and execute...The ease of use is more addictive than sugar! Without noticing any "high energy" we were magically keeping up with our kids, keeping a house clean, going to the gym and finding time to stroll through town and chat. It seemed the frantic feeling had melted from our life, but we are blaming that on the steady maintained highish energy... No peaks, just a bit higher and no valleys.

I signed up to be a member and just shopped for my first menu that I modified. I am excited to keep this ball rolling and try to tame my "Sugar Dragon" while I'm still young. I am also watching as many videos as I can in an hour every night... thanks for letting us watch them at twice the speed!

I am so blown away by the quality of your site and the lack of product placement. It feels so genuine that I am excited to be involved... So excited that I am willing to write this long-winded thank you!

With much appreciation,
Robbie

My name is Susy, I'm 47 and live in San Diego. I decided to try the keto diet because I saw the results my friend was having on the diet. I feel better physically and plan to continue with the diet. I loved the recipes! The food was delicious and so easy to make. I've always struggled with weight, so I'm looking forward to seeing the change in the near future.

So here we go. My name is Karen and I am 55 years of age and I live in the UK.

I recently met a work colleague that I had not seen for some time and commented on how great she was looking. She told me about Diet Doctor, she had lost 6 and a half stone (41 kg). I was amazed and she told me it was really easy to follow. I felt very motivated after our chat, went home and logged on.

Hubby and I both took on the two-week challenge and have just finished. He has lost 14 lbs (6 kg), I have lost 11 lbs (5 kg). We found it so easy we wanted to continue this journey so I have now joined for my month free membership. So here's to the future and we'll do Diet Doctor for a simple and straightforward website.

Good luck to all,
Karen

I loved it and I am continuing in the keto diet. At the end of the challenge, I went to a party and ate bread and sweets - not a huge amount but they made me feel terrible - so I am happily back on. Am I perfect? No, but this has definitely helped my menopausal brain fog and focus. (It's also taken me two days to feel right again after the carbs).

Finally, a plan that fits me. And I lost 8 lbs (3.5 kg). Not bad! But I have learned - hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! My blood pressure dropped and I became very dizzy because I did not drink enough water. Also to be kind to yourself the first week or two getting used to the new plan before you exercise - and to always carry nuts in a pinch!

Thank you! (Loved the recipes!)

G'day Andreas,

My Name is Charl, 64-year-old male and reside on the Gold Coast of Australia. I am currently recovering from spinal surgery and with all the pain medication over the last few years had gained over 20 kg (44 lbs). I was rather frustrated in that I could not drop the weight, which I thought was mostly water retention from all the medication - including cortisone. Big was the surprise when I started cutting medication and eating "healthy" according to my Doctor. No real weight loss.

I stumbled on an article about what happened to Prof Tim Noakes. As an ex-marathon runner, I subscribed to his philosophies from " The Lore of Running". It was a real eye-opener! This prompted me to buy the " Obesity Code " - another eye-opener. This resulted in me finding your site and try the two-week challenge.

I was able to finally stop all pain medication

I lost 3.1 (9 lbs) kg in the two weeks, which is great but not the most important. I was able to finally stop all pain medication, my eyesight has improved dramatically and my sleeping pattern is back to normal. I will concede that it could all be a coincidence - but I feel substantially better than two weeks ago. The only negative was that I had a severe bout of keto flu for the first week and a half, but all ok now. This is my new lifestyle!

My thanks to you and your team!

Take care,
Charl

PS: I have subscribed to your site
PPS: Maybe there is still another marathon left in this old fella 😊
