The best part of a holiday is I can do a lot of random stuff that I wouldn't normally do on a working week days. So today is one of those random days that I decided to cook myself a random lunch consisting of random stuff I wanna eat.
Steamed broccoli, fried egg and fried tomatoes. I have to be thankful for youtube as it is where I learn how to wash and cut broccoli without making a mess. The fried tomatoes were made possible with a little salt and sugar sprinkled on top. Would have been yummier if I leave it on for a longer period of time. And the egg is was a perfection! I love runny yolk.
I am really thankful for the break like this. It's been long. :)
