Today I'm doing a little different post today, all about teeth whitening. I've always been sceptical on it, so I am testing, does it really work?
The product that I used, is brand new, from boots, called rapid white express. The uk's first non-peroxide rapidly dissolving teeth whitening stips. The only downside is that it doesn't explain everything in their instructions, so I didn't know whether to brush my teeth first or not. But I did,
So I brushed my teeth first, then apply the whitener accelerator, all over, kind of dab, rub all over the front of your teeth, to where you think the strip will sit, do one set of teeth at a time, so the top first then the bottom. After you've applied the accelerator then take one of the strips, peel it off the paper and the sticky side apply to your teeth, so it sticks. Then repeat on the other side. Do this morning and night for 7 days, the pack comes with another strips.

So these are, the top when I applied the first strip, the second is a day after I've finished the 7 day applications. As you can see they are so much whiter, and it is so much nicer to smile, even though I brushed my teeth they were never white, And now they are,so with the right whitening kit I believe it is so worth it.
