Thanksgiving is just a few short weeks away. Who’s looking forward to sitting around with family, eating good food, enjoying good conversation and maybe watching a little football if that’s your thing. This holiday is one of my personal favorite because the expectations are moderate and attainable. Halloween, New Years, even Christmas always get way too hyped up and never deliver. Thanksgiving is just about gathering together, counting your blessings and eating lots of food.
