- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 cup granulated Sugar
- 2 tbsps Buttermilk
- 1 tbsps Oil
- 1 tsp Cider vinegar
- 1 tsps Vanilla extract
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- A pinch of Salt

How to make Swiss Roll
Step 1: In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add sugar, oil, buttermilk, vinegar and vanilla extract. Step 2: In an another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Step 3: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredents and gently fold into it. Step 4: Pour batter into the pan lined with paper, then bake it in a preheated oven until turns golden brown and spongy on touch. Step 5: Meanwhile, sprinkle some powdered sugar over a cotton tea towel and rub the sugar into the towel. Step 6: Once the cake is baked, then turn it over on the tea towel and remove the parchment paper. Step 7: Sprinkle some more powdered sugar all over, then roll cake into the tea towel tightly and evenly. Step 8: Cool the rolled cake over wire rack, then unroll the cake and spread whipped cream leaving the edges and top of the cake. Step 9: Again roll the cake tightly and wrap in a plastic wrap, then set in the fridge until sets.
