The Lip Gradation pencils are twist-up lip colors at one end whereas the other end houses a lip smudger in a transparent case. The concept is to help one achieve the famed Korean tinted ombre lips with the help of the smudger.
These pencils are not just tints though - they are bang on the pigmentation and texture department! Only concern is the shades are so common that nothing excites you in the shade section much!
