Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser

By Yougottabegorgeousx @yougottabgorgex

I wanted to share with you my first impressions of the Superdrug Hot Cloth Cleanser today. I purchased this a couple of weeks a go and I got it as I had been using the Soap and Glory Peaches and Clean Cleanser and my Rio Sonicleanse. I thought this was going to be pretty harsh on my face so I purchased the hot cloth cleanser with the aim of it not being as harsh on my skin. Did any of that make any sense... Anyway I thought it would be a less harsh alternative.

First of all it is so affordable for a hot cloth cleanser, only £6 and you get a muslin cloth in with it. It feels really moisturising when you first apply it, which is exactly what I was looking for. It applies really nicely, not to thick, but has quite a thick consistency. It can be used to take off eye make up, but to be honest I have tried that yet. I don't know why but I can never take off my eye make up with a face cleanser. Then you use your muslin cloth with some hot water and just rinse your face. It's really simple to use and the warm muslin cloth feels so nice. Afterwards my skin feels so soft and clean. It doesn't feel like it has been stripped and I don't get that tight feeling you can sometimes get after using cleansers.
Overall I have really enjoyed using this cleanser, however I haven't been using it all that frequently as I have been using another skin care system.. look out for a review soon. From my first impressions I would really recommend this if you maybe have sensitive skin, or you're just looking for something less harsh than other cleansers. It does the trick really well and I can see myself using this loads more in the future.
Let me know if you have tried this and what other cleansers you would recommend.
