Hey there,
Happy lazy Sunday to you all! What have you been doing today? I’ve had a lovely brunch at my sisters, come home, watched the Jungle Book and napped. I’m now writing a couple of blog posts for you amazing people then finishing the day off with a Indian take away, (The ovens broke so good excuse to veg out).
This week the Beauty room in work has been redecorated, so I have been doing lots of nails, and nail art wheels, it’s been fun getting creative and releasing my artistic side again. I’ve also been celebrating my 24th birthday this week, and I have been absolutely spoilt rotten! My mom and her boyfriend have paid for me to get lazer hair removal,(Something I have wanted for years, making the beautifying routine easier) I’ve had perfume of my sister (The one and only Marc Jacobs Daisy), skincare, cakes, (Got to love a bit of birthday cake) and makeup of my friends and work colleagues. Not forgetting the most incredible purse EVER from Ted Baker, (Curtesy of the boyfriend). I’ve had my eyes set on a Ted Baker purse for a while, but I did not expect one for my birthday. Back in June we said that we would do no presents this year and went on holiday together instead, but the surprise was spoilt when I received a text from DPD telling me my Ted Baker order was on its way.
Birthday celebrations commenced Thursday in work, then continued throughout the weekend. (I’m still using it as an excuse to eat loads today). We went for food Friday night at a Thai Tapas place in Portswood, the food was great but unfortunately the sevice was very poor, it took over an hour for each dish and they even brought them out at different times. But it didn’t ruin the night, as it was lovely being with the family. Yesterday involved more food, me and Ben went to Chimi Changas and then watched Guardians of the Galaxy, (If you are a Marvel fan, go watch it), and todays involved just as much food.
This week on the blog I’ve been doing lots of product reviews, including Lush, Collection 2000, Origins & the Manuka Doctor, Beauty & Fashion Wishlists and talking about Fitness. It’s been quite a busy week on the blog, which post was your favourite?
