The White Milk line first started off with the White Milk Cream which is a whitening cream. The line now includes the White Milk Cushion, White Milk Sleeping Pack and the White Milk Pack to Foam.
The White Milk Pack to Foam has milk and clay ingredients that is formulated to refine pores, brighten, soothe and moisturize the skin. The clay pack and foaming combination gives double cleansing to ensure that excess sebum and impurities are removed.

The main ingredients of this product are Milk Protein Extract, White Clay, Oatmeal, Tea Tree, Avocado and Honey.

There are a couple of ways that the brand recommends on using this product:
- Milk Face Pack - with it's clay component, you can apply this all over your face, avoiding the eye area, let it sit for a good 10-15 minutes until it hardens, slowly lather into a foam with warm water and rinse. Best to use as a deep cleanser once or twice a week.
- Daily Cleanser - apply to damp skin and massage in a gentle rolling motion until you work up a lather and rinse with lukewarm water.
- Nose Pack & T-zone Treatment - Big pores and oily T-zone? Apply on the T-zone &/or the nose and leave for 5 minutes, lather and rinse with warm water.
It is actually hard to find clay masks that are in itself, hydrating and a clay mask that rinses off easily. It is especially hard to find a clay mask that does both. With the 3CE White Milk Pack to Foam, I was able to apply this all over my face with ease. The clay was pliable and soft, almost like a medicinal ointment in consistency. It has that subtle milk scent that is so refreshing. Once completely dry on your skin, it doesn't tighten too much around your face like most clay masks do. Most clay masks, once applied and had completely hardened, I find that they are very irritating because of the fact that I can hardly feel any sensation on my skin because of it's tightness. With the White Milk Pack to Foam, it does tighten and harden around your skin but it didn't make me uncomfortable. This product is such a joy to use!
The foaming part of this product is actually very exciting to me. I enjoy watching that pack go from hardened clay to a milky formula (with added water) and to foamy suds on my face. I love how easy it is to massage into the skin and the texture is just amazing. My skin feels like a baby's bum after rinsing, all soft and smooth. It cleanses really thoroughly too and I find no trace of any makeup residue. My face is definitely brighter and more supple, although I can't really tell if my pores got smaller.
This product is definitely a two thumbs up for me. The 3CE White Milk Pack to Foam retails for W18,000 ($18) which I don't think is a bad price for a 90ml product. I personally would buy this again because it is so good. The only thing I want the company to do is to come out with a larger size for this product because I honestly would run out of this quick because I like using it daily. I highly recommend this product and kudos to 3CE for another amazing line!
