I was so excited when I got the box and saw this lovely item from 3Concept Eyes. 3Concept Eyes is a makeup line from the Stylenanda which is the leading fashion trend in Korea. I have actually been stalking Stylenanda for years now and I've been wanting to get 3CE makeup but just never got a chance to.
I saw this shockingly bright, fuchsia pink lip lacquer and I thought, "Woah, I would never be able to wear that!" Much to my surprise I actually did and I ended up liking it.
Lip lacquers are very similar to liquid lipsticks. In fact, this particular one reminds me of the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream and the Stila Stay All Day Liquid Lipstick. The 3Concept Eyes Lip Lacquer is very rich, creamy and highly pigmented. What you see in the tube is what you get.

With the doe foot applicator, it was so easy to apply, plus the product itself was very creamy. It dries off matte. I didn't have a problem with this product settling on the cracks of my lips as I did with the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream. As for the staying power, it did last me for a number of hours. There was obviously fading after eating and drinking but what I liked most was that it left a stain on my lips. It gave me such beautiful pink tinted lips at the end of the day.
You can definitely tone this down with a nude lipstick or concealer, or even apply a really small amount on the center of your lips and blend it out with your finger. Whatever works out for you. I featured this in previous makeup look Transition into Fall: Cranberry Eyes and Pink Lips.
The 3Concept Eyes Lip Lacquer have 10 shades in their collection: Pink Boom, XX Orange, Bon Bon, Super Coral, Fever, Hawaiian Pink, Disco, Showtime, Bubblegum and Backstage. I would personally want to try Super Coral and Fever. One thing about this product though is that the price is quite up there. It cost $20.81 each for the lip lacquer.
Overall, I give this product ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥/5! I really enjoyed it even though it was too bright for me. I actually think I pulled off the look despite it's neon shade. My mom actually said it looked good on me.
