Ok, so I have struggled with stretch marks for around 4 years now. I have tried multiple products and I thought I would tell you about my struggles. So when I hit puberty I grew. Not just upwards but a little bit sideways. Not too much but as a dancer I have very strong legs, so I already had large legs from muscle, the extra fat did me no good. I hate hate hate having stretch marks, it meant I was too embarrassed to wear anything that went higher than my knees.
So the first product I got was the Palmer Stretch Mark Lotion (here). This product feels like luxury. It's amazing. It moisturises the skin like no other product I have ever had. It smells like chocolate with a slight chemical undertone. And if you use this you will smell of chocolate all day. It does help reduce the look of stretch marks but only in a long period of time and if you use it twice a day.
Next I used the Palmers Stretch Mark Oil (here). I do not like this product as much as the lotion as I feel it just sits on the skin. I do believe it works, definitely it a shorter period of time than the lotion. But it takes time to sink in, so that makes it hard for you to want to use it every day.
I also used the Johnsons Stretch Mark Oil (here). This is my least favorite out of the three. This is just because I don;t think it did anything. It promised results in 4 weeks, this I did not see. I used it for around 2 and a half months and I saw no real results. I don't even think it moisturised the skin too much so I stopped using it. It did sink in much faster than the Palmers oil.
You should be able to get all of these products for under £10. See you soon.
