Hey everyone!
Today I'll be reviewing a compact which has been my favorite since past few weeks - Street Wear Color Rich Perfection Compact.Price : Rs 160 for 7 g
My experience with the product
The compact comes in a square matte black pan with cartoon girl illustration on the top and shade name mentioned at the bottom. The compact click opens and has a big mirror on the underside and a square applicator puff, that's good enough for quick touch-ups.
The powder has a silky, smooth texture and is finely milled. The powder blends like a dream, and takes away shine, adding a matte finish. When applied over foundation, it does not give a heavy cakey look - its more on the sheeres side and best used as a setting powder. It gives medium coverage - and control oiliness of my T-zone. When applied using brush, it doesn't give nice coverage but when applied with puff applicator, the coverage is medium to complete and stays for 5-6 hours.
It comes in 2 shades - Beige and Neutral and I use Beige which is a good match for my skin. Because it's not a high coverage powder, 2 shades are enough for many skintones. Lighter skintones should go for Neutral, Medium and Duskier skintones should go for Beige. Both the shades have enough yellow tones so they never look ashy or gray on the skin. Overall, I like this pressed powder a lot and would recommend it if you're looking for a good budget friendly setting powder!
