Well I have to agree I neither live in a fashion metropolis like New York, Milan nor Paris.. but please? Who does tell us that even in "Podunk" it is forbidden to get closer to the street style-swagger-look with little accessories and a bit portion of courage? NO ONE.
Often people tell me: " Oh you look so good! I would also like to wear this outfit but I´m not you and ..I don´t really think that it fits to me!" Aaaaabsolutely wrong! Quite the contrary. The fact is that you´re standing in your on way (of course not everybody). I am convinced that everybody looks gorgeous in an outfit that does not fit in the "boring" mainstream look. Courage!
You will see in how far a different outfit will push up your self-confidence. Combine an elegant dress with chucks and a pink lipstick. Try to change your way of thinking, hopefully nobody does slag off me. Don´t put too much attention on what the others think of yourself. You should feel comfortable with what you are wearing.
That is the only thought you should keep attention on! :) Sorry for talking too much :D What I want to know is: Are you really scared of what the others say if you have the heart to wear a special outfit? Or were there other reasons?
