There’s not a much better place in Birmingham in the Summer than the terrace of Marco Pierre White at level 25 The Cube in Birmingham. The views across the city are spectacular and on a sunny clear day you can see for miles.
Marco Pierre White already serve an impressive afternoon tea, that can be enjoyed on the terrace but this summer in celebration of Wimbledon, they are adding another mouthwatering option to the mix, perfect to enjoy on a summers day – Champagne & Strawberries.
You can enjoy a basket of fresh British strawberries and churn of cream along side a glass of Lanson Champagne for £15pp based on two people sharing. Alternatively you can purchase a bottle of Lanson at £70 and then the strawberries & cream come free. You can also of course enjoy their standard afternoon tea as always, as well as this lovely summer offer.
I was invited to try both last week, and luckily the afternoon was beautiful. There’s not much better than sipping champagne in the sunshine, chatting with like minded folk and eating fresh strawberries whilst looking out over such an amazing city. Here are a few pics of whats on offer.
