In search of something new, we ended up having dinner at Sprockets Cafe. Located at J. Block Building, Apitong St. Corner Escario St., Cebu City, this new cafe offers a unique theme to diners. Not only a great place to hung out for photographers, but also for other creative individuals. Book lovers are also welcome, in fact we stayed there for 2 hours just to read books (which we brought with us). I also saw a couple of students doing their homework as well.
The moment we set foot in the place, the friendly staff was fast enough to accompany us to our seat and hand us this cute menu. Yup! That thing I'm holding is the back portion of a menu. Cute isn't it?
Honestly, I got a little confused on what to order. There's just a lot of food that I want to try. Good thing the waitress was just in a distant, ready to be called. I asked her about their bestseller and without hesitation, she gave a quick rundown of all their bestseller. Within a few minute, I started placing my order.
I love anything cheesy and quesadilla, so I ordered Cheesy Quesadilla for our appetizer. By the way this is one of their bestseller. I like how they present the food. It was simple yet so enticing. For 120PhP you can enjoy this cheesy treat.
My sister who came with me didn't know what to order, so I ordered this pasta for her. Since she love spaghetti, I ordered Spaghetti with Meatballs which by the way is valued at 150PhP.
My cousin ordered another of their bestseller--- Philly Cheesesteak. It's a Ciabatta sandwich made with thin, juicy slices of steak and melted cheese. For 135PhP, you can have this famous sandwich in Philadelphia.
For our drinks, my cousin ordered Green Apple Iced Tea valued at 60Php. I odered Wintermelon Milk Tea (bestseller) for 90Php, and my sister ordered Avocado Milk Tea for 95Php, which for some reason didn't find its way here in the photo. :)
My sister didn't like the Avocado Milk Tea and ask my cousin to barter for her Green Apple Iced Tea. In my opinion, the Avocado Milk Tea isn't that bad. I love Wintermelon more, its just so yummy, no wonder its their bestseller.
Sprockets Cafe is just perfect. Like what I said, anyone will enjoy this place. This is a sublime place to chill with friends and family. They have great foods, excellent service and magnificent place. What are you waiting for? :)
