There is nothing like drinking hot cocoa in fancy china. Ingredients (makes 4 servings)
- 3 cups of coconut milk or other non dairy milk
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar or more honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together and then place in a sauce pan.
- Heat slowly while stirring. If you are using raw ingredients just heat until warm in order to preserve the raw nutrients.
- Serve with a dash of cinnamon on top if desired.
