Gin & Jazz - (£7.00) A mixture of the classic mojito but with Bombay Sapphire gin mixed with Limoncello, fresh apple and mint. Like the classic mojito but with a twist - this was my drink of the night, very refreshing and indeed alcoholic :)
Southern tasting platter - (£12.95) A small platter consisting of pulled pork, beef brisket and pork belly ribs which were smoked for 18 hours and accompanied with infused truffle fries. Great platter, the pulled pork was BBQ-licious and shredded well. The belly ribs were very juicy with the fat layer visible but that didn't put me off :P. The beef brisket didn't add anything to the platter in my opinion but the sauce accompanied it well.
Hickory wood smoked belly ribs - (£13.95) 4 hour smoked pork ribs with fries and a classic BBQ sauce - as stated above very juicy, tender and finger licking good. I would not recommend this if you are bothered about eating layers of fat as stated in the the name it is part of the pork belly.
BBQ slider selection - (£10.95) From left to right - beef brisket burger, 100% rump beef burger and pulled pork burger. A great selection if you fancy having a bit of everything, the rump beef was still running in its natural juices with the cheese dripping on the side and the brioche buns were so cute and definitely bite size but enough to satisfy a hungry stomach.
All topped with a selection of sauces such as BBQ, ketchup, chilli and bourbon BBQ.
Overall a lovely up beat place to have a casual dinner or drinks and definitely a meaty lover dream.
