I feel so lonely
It is all I can taste
Ever since I went to work yesterday I got so bummed out that I completely shut down
I have no more friends to distract me from my pain
I feel like I am going nowhere with my job and my life and I don’t know what to do next
I have laid on my couch all day and cried…
I am exausted of trying
I just want to give up
I feel so lost and disconnected with reality
I feel very scared
And there is no where to hide
I don’t feel safe
I don’t know what to do
