Day 16 #Bigblogmasproject2014
Hey There,
About two years ago I started blogging. I worked with a food blogger and thought the idea of blogging sounded like fun, and that’s how it all started for me. Little did I know that the blogging world was so huge. I didn’t read or follow any blogs at the time, or watch any youtube videos. I sometimes wonder what I actually did for the first six months to a year of my blog, I don’t think I even had much social media for it either. I had set up a bloglovin account but barely used it… I was a little bit clueless to say the least.
Today’s blog post theme is all about my favorite bloggers, and as there are just so many I thought I would narrow my favourites down to the ones that I discovered first, am influenced by, and have become friends with.
The first ever blog I discovered was A Little Obsessed by Sabrina. And I still follow and love her blog. She does a gorgeous smokey eye, always has a fresh manicure, (Or so it seems by her nail posts) and I even check her blog out for a bit of fashion inspo.
One of my favorite Fashion blogs has to be Leannelimwalker. I get figure envy everytime I see Leanne’s pictures, she is stunning. I love her dress sense, and am always looking at her for style inspo.
Now when it comes to make up, it has to be Liza from Glambeautys. Her make up ALWAYS looks flawless, from her foundation, brows, eyes and lipsticks, she always gets it right. I love her Youtube make up tutorials.
As I’m forever talking about and attempting to jump on the healthy wagon, I love reading Nichola from Nicsnutrition posts on how to stay healthy, her snack ideas and even her Monday morning Facebook updates make me smile, (Usually because I am one of those people who overindulge just because it is the weekend).
Another favorite of mine has to be Andrew from Beautyandtheboy. He always seems to know what the latest beauty launches are, and I just love reading his thoughts on make up and skincare.
And of course there are my blogger babes, who I have met this past year through various blog events, all of us being based in the Southampton area. Who all have fabulous blogs in their own individual way,from beauty to fashion to lifestyle. Love these girls!
