Today I am writing about my shopping experience with Jabong.com
Being an avid shopper (both online & offline), I have been shopping with Jabong ever since it went live. And when they contacted me to write about their services, I gladly obliged to!
If you are a regular online shopper and sucker for timely deliveries & responsive customer care - you know where you should be heading to already! JABONG!
There have been many a times that I received my order within 24 hrs. of placing one. I have never had issues with return, pickup, the customer care or anything at all with Jabong in the past 2 yrs. or so!
In fact I had never had the need to contact the customer care with queries, since there is a perfect system in place right from order placement to shipping notice to delivery confirmation.
And then there is also this prompt emails and sms regarding return pickup and other refund confirmation!
This time was no different.....
I placed my order this Sep 8 (late in the evening) and received my order by Sep 10 (noon yesterday).
Prompt confirmations upon order... regular sms and email updates regarding partial dispatch of the order...expected date of delivery...detailed email containing return policy and process.. follow-up emails on how we liked the product purchased... all this makes shopping with Jabong a real pleasure every time! :)

Have been hunting for an aztec dress and aqua blue happens to be one of my favorite shades! :D
Glad that I could pick both of these from Jabong.. their quality and finish is great and I can't wait to wear them :)
