How to make shengadanyachi chutney or peanut chutney Shengadanyachi chutney or peanut chutney is very famous in Maharashtra. Each home definitely have this in shelf. It makes a good side dip in all meals or it can make meal just in case you don't have vegetable or dal with roti. Solapurachi shengadanyachi chutney is specially famous for the way they make. My aunty is from Solapur and whenever she comes to our place she always brings it with her. I will definitely share the recipe once I have trials on it ;-)
Ingredients:1 cup roasted peanuts
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together in mixer or grinder.
2. Don’t mix continuously, take break and again give pulse.
3. Blend till it become coarse powder and here peanut or shengadanyachi chutney is ready.
Shengadanyachi chutney is great side dip for paratha/roti/phulka. Once you make this chutney, it will last for 1 month easily. It has a very good shelf life.
