Another very hot day, so for many it is running the conditions for the next two days when it is predicted to be hot and make the most of the morning cool from 6 to 9 am and in the evening from around 6 pm till close of play.
It looks like there are further plans to upgrade the footpath, and they are taking some core samples of the ground conditions. This means a slight detour onto the road around the works. The workmen are extremely helpful to cone the diverison and keep it as short as possible, and also work as quickly as possible.
The leading three again have the best performances with Vasu and Kaneenika having 119 and Nirbhasa 117 laps. Harita does 111 laps and passes 2000 miles. Yolanda does 113 and both just about keep their hopes alive.
