Tuesday 18th July - Day 31
Yet another super day for running - just a little warmer from midday to 4pm. But those who like the evening coolness can make "hay".
The front three continue on strongly and have a good day.
For the ladies, Harita and Yolanda, it was a day of the calculator -
Harita at day 30 was - 9 miles behind required daily average
Yolanda at day 30 was - 30 miles behind required daily average
Harita took the steady approach with only a few "catch up" laps with 113. While Yolanda did 124 laps and seems to be in too much of a rush to claw back the laps lost.
But for both of them they probably can't even afford one bad day!!!
Smarana struggles with a lack of energy and goes home early evening.
After yesterdays exploits Ananda-Lahari is back to earth with a bump and 87 laps.
Andrey is now only 5 laps behind Sergey in the battle of the big men.
Nidhruvi seems back to good health and in good spirits and covers 93 laps.
RD, Sahishnu is at about 75% health.
Luckily I have so far escaped the "lurgie"
