- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 jalape単o Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 peeled and quartered white Onion

How to make Roasted Tomato Salsa
Step 1: In a baking sheet, place tomatoes with cut side up and sprinkle the salt. Step 2: Add jalape単o, garlic, and onion to the baking sheet and cook in a preheated broiler until tomatoes have slightly blackened. Set aside.
