I started up Body Beast again. I slacked when I went to NYC and so I just decided to start over. I'm cool with that. I was only 2 weeks in.
What does this mean to you? Nothing, its just a segway for me to complain about how sore I am. I actually really enjoy that soreness. It means its working. Bye flab.
I'm attempting to cut out dairy for a bit, so there is a good chance I will be eating this hummus by the spoonful. Hummus IS yummus. I love hummus on a sandwich, with crackers, chips, veggies, on a brick...you name it. Delish.
I love it even more when I can make it at home within minutes. For those of you who are iffy about spicy foods, cool. Just make sure you remove all the ribs and seeds from the peppers before blending. How Rachel Ray of me to say that. But really, that's where the heat is. I left some in just because I made this for a dinner at my parents house and I'm pretty sure my dad eats habanero peppers for breakfast. So yeah.
