Having a busy lifestyle I very often miss breakfast, I am normally too busy running around after the children in the morning, and as I work from home, as soon as I get home from the school run I am keen to get my laptop open to check my emails, and once I start I tend to forget breakfast. So the idea of a protein fresh drink I can grab to 'fill' the gap, which can be part of a balanced diet, is an appealing one to me. It is also a fab one to drink on the go when out and about, the bottle is quite small and the perfect size to pop into my handbag.Upbeat tastes like yummy fresh milkshake, I found it refreshing, and easy to drink. I enjoyed both flavours, but Mango & Passion fruit was my favorite out of the two. These are definitely something I could drink often, but I would have to hide them (somehow) for the kids, at £1.79 a bottle they are not cheap.
