Hello! ~♥
I haven't done any reviews based on samples for a while now, but I have tons of them here by now, and most of all, I have tons of the same samples, so I can try out some products for a long time and actually get a good enough idea of the product to write a review.
The product I will review today is the TonyMoly Clean Dew Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream. The original product comes in a cute 200ml pot with leaves on top of it, the samples I got come in sachets with the original packing design printed on them.Cleansing Creams are still a fairly new concept to me, as I only ever tried the one from My Beauty Diary and one from Etude House, so I was curious how this would work for me. What I can already say even without having the full size product is that I find this kind of packing sadly to be very unhygienic. No matter how much care you take to always wash your hands before using it or even never taking any product out with your hands, but using for example q-tips instead - you will at some point end up having dirt or bacteria in it. The texture of the cleansing cream is liquid enough to work in a tube as well, so I find it unnecessary to put it into a pot. (Though the packing looks nice like this for sure). The TonyMoly Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream is supposed to make skin healthy and revitalized. It contains ingredients like blueberry, green tea, lavender and broccoli sprout as well as AHA (alpha hydroxy acid) which helps removing dead skin cells and impurities from your skin.
The texture of the TonyMoly Clean Dew Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream is the one of a common cream, it is almost scent-free and has small green grains in it, which are probably supposed to be the broccoli sprouts (but might be something different altogether).
I have to admit that I am someone who usually only uses one cleanser for all my face for my daily makeup. If I wear for example heavy eye-makeup (which does not happen often), I might need an additional eyemakeup remover, but usually my cleansers are enough to do the job and remove my basic eyemakeup, however, the TonyMoly Clean Dew Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream doesn't manage that, so I assume that it is a very mild cleansing product. There is also an icon on the sample's packing saying you should not get it into your eyes, but when you use it to remove your eyemakeup like I do, that happens easily, and where other cleansers usually sting in the eyes, this one actually doesn't do this at all. It is kind of nice to have such a mild cleanser and I guess if you use additional cleansers for removing eyemakeup or lipstick, then this might be a good product. For me it means I have to make additional cleansing steps with other products and that's not something I am too fond of.
For me the TonyMoly Clean Dew Broccoli Sprout Cleansing Cream will not be a product I will repurchase, because it is not efficient enough for me and I don't like the unhygienic pot, but if you do several cleansing steps anyway and are looking for a very mild cleanser, this might be the right thing for you.
